Mostly it was speed-paintings without much of a plan, just quick concepts with shiney Photoshop effects. These are a couple of concepts, not from GenCon, but I felt like sharing them. Sometimes new Runes are planned way ahead in the design doc, but sometimes a cool sketch can become a Rune too. There are piles and piles of these wacky concepts around the office.
